I have wime installed.
I received a message on restarting my pc or on opening of pc that please wait while Setup update your configuration file.

why this appear and how can i get rid of that problem.

A lot of times that message will appear after installing new software or hardware. Some require a reboot to finish configuring your new system layout. If it is happening every time you reboot, there may be another issue that needs to be looked at in depth.

I don't know much about that.

My only advice would be to carefully try some of the registry cleaners and other adware/spyware/virus scanners out there.

Be sure to always backup your registry before doing anything to change it. And possibly create a Restore Point in System Restore.
