I use, like, and recommend
Digital Dolly. It is not OS specific since it boots to Red Hat from a CD. It will partition, format, wipe, image, and has a hard drive diagnostic feature. I find it very handy.
Download it to a folder on your drive and unzip it there. You will need to burn an .iso image of the contents of the folder, not the folder. If you drag and drop the folder your computer will not be able to see the .iso files to boot. It will boot to a Red Hat based GUI. It will work on anything from a P-I 200mhz that I know of.
