When I look at Task manager. It is showing at any given time that I only use 50-75 of 262M of RAM memory. Is this normal. How can I maximize the RAM usage.

If you need more for your programs, it will use it. As an example, if I am using 300MG out of 512 installed, it does not mean that it is slow, it just means that the extra RAM is not doing anything AT THE TIME. Open up a bunch of IE windows, and you will see what I mean.
