Hello, and for the 2nd time, thank you for the resources, intelligence, and "benevolence" of the people
who administer this site.

ONCE AGAIN, your tools have "freed" me and my lap-top from the *&$^$% bugs that are lurking on the
'net.

I'll try and take your steps and advice for protection so that it can't happen again.

This time SpyBot seemed to do the trick, previously, HIJACK THIS! was the solution.

So- to the geniuses who create these tools, and those who make them readily available to lay PC users like myself- You are absolutely to be commended for your work in making the internet what it's designed to be-
a tool for work, pleasure, and information, NOT a devious, malicious method to sell, or even worse,
mess with people's personal space for no reason (Bad childhood, maybe??)

At any rate, end-of- speech. Thanks again, BLEEPING, and I will both try to add the safeguards you suggest as well as donate to the sites utilized.
