I think it looks great.. does the girl need to sign off on her image?

I think the text at the bottom looks kinda funky, like the color scheme doesn't match with the rest of the ad. Sure, it shouldn't blend in, but a cleaner font/different colors may help the image....

The image is more dominant, and certainly rightly so, than the message. That face is so wonderful that you never SEE the bottom text, which does look too much like it was patched in, as HM notes.

boopme - I can confirm no copyright lawyers were harmed (or even consulted) in the making of this image.

HM - I agree the text is dubious - strangely it started with colours taken directly from the images but by the time the effects were applied it had strayed.

John - I was trying to find a font, or effect, for the text that would make it look a bit different but agree it messed up the 'look' in the process.

raw - I'm emailing my question to Ask@BleepingComputer.com right now. Your version looks very good. Strangely I like the brown bar, maybe shrunk down a bit, to emphasise the text. Maybe that's why I don't work in graphic design?
