I need to reinstall windows because of a massive virus.
The CD ROM won't open when I need to get the Windows disk in. Help!

There should be a pin hole next to the open button. Straighten a paper clip and slowly insert it in the hole until the tray opens. It will only open slightly then you will have to pull it the rest of the way.
