When you subscribe to a forum you will receive notifications whenever a new topic is created in that particular forum. Many members subscribe to forums by mistake, and thus get bombarded with new emails as this is a busy forum. To stop these notifications, or change how you are notified, you should follow these steps:

1. Click on this link to see your forum subscriptions.
   
   
2. You will be presented with a list of forums that you are subscribed to at BleepingComputer.com. Simply place a check mark in the checkbox on the right of each forum that you would like to unsubscribe to.
   
   
3. When you are done selecting the forums, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the drop down menu to select what action you would like to perform. These actions are described below:
   1. Unsubscribe - Completely unsubscribe from the forum. You will no longer receive any notifications when people reply to the selected forums.
   2. Change to: No Email Notification - You will remain subscribed to the forum, but will no longer receive notifications when someone replies to it.
   3. Change to: Immediate Email Notification - You will immediately be emailed a notification when someone replies to this forum.
   4. Change to: Delayed Email Notification - The notification will go out later in the day.
   5. Change to: Daily Email Digest - You will receive a daily compilation of all forum notifications.
   6. Change to: Weekly Email Digest - You will receive a weekly compilation of all forum notifications.
4. Click on the with selected button next to the drop down menu.

You have now changed the type of subscription you have for these forums based on your choices.
