Now that i'm at college, i don't have the advantages i had at home.... like a wireless-optical mouse. I had a logitech mouse at home, but now i'm stuck with the basic 2-button + Wheel corded ball mouse. The beauty of the logitech mouse (besides the optical/cordless aspects) was that you could assign any functions you wanted to the buttons. This allowed me to put "double-click" on the wheel button instead of the "universal scroll" feature.
Is there any way i can re-assign the buttons on my basic mouse? Is there a program i could download, or is it a hidden feature in the windows control window? I've looked all over in mouse properties, but it seems to only have the options to "switch the primary/secondary buttons for left-handed users."
