I'm getting the message "SHPC32 port monitor has failed." The software app is lxamsp32.exe in user32.dll. According to information on this site, it's a program that supports my Lexmark X63. Any suggestions about how to fix this problem? I've been unable to print to this printer since this message started appearing.

I solved this problem by installing a new Lexmark X63 driver. The original Lexmark files don't work anymore with the Windows Media XP operating system. I downloaded an updated from <http://downloads.lexmark.com/cgi-perl/downloads.cgi?ccs=229:1:0:93:0:0&searchLang=en&os_group=WinXP&target=>, uninstalled the old software and installed this update, and everything's working fine now
