Premiere Elements is killing me." capture device is offline" is all I ever get when I try to capture video, Someone suggested that I re-install the program and then it worked perfectly the first time. I thought my woes were over but then it locks up the 2nd or third time I try to capture video, and then it wont capture another thing untill I re-install the program. As soon as I started to capture this last time it locked up in the middle of capturing. Please if anyone has a suggestion I'm open.
