Should I have my clients upgrade from Frontpage 2002 ~ up to 2003? Is it worth the cost or should they stay put?

I really like 2002. It writes clean code and things work very well. I have tried comparing the code against notepad/wordpad and it finishes projects with nearly the same amount of code.


Any thoughts would be helpful!
