Hi all,

Since I was attacked last year, and someone told me all of my Internet temporary files, I have erased my temp files rather than just deleted them. I don't want someone opening my emails! I also routinely erase personal files with financial stuff in them. Question is, can I erase this folder without causing any damage? C:\Documents and Settings\***\Local Settings\temp. It sems to be full of junk that I haven't put there or requested.

Cheers,

Ally.

Instead of deleting each folder and file on its own I would recomend the freeware program CCleaner.

Or if you want to pay you can buy Window Washer. (Window washer can not only delete the files, but when properly configured it can "bleach" the file (overwrite it) more than once, and it can also clean the "file-slack space.")

Thanks - I'll check these out.
