HI All

I recently had a problem which necessitated me replacing my hard drive. I have tried repeatedly to re download my norton security suite which is valid til Feb 2006. I do have the extended download service but for some reason when I type in my order number and password I get an error 404 message telling me the page can't be found. I cant find anywhere on the symantec site with a phone number so as I can contact them, does anyone have any ideas how I can get my service back ?

I had the same problem today, but was able to get in to download again by using my email address and the last 5 digits of credit card. Having said that, I was later able to get in using the order number and password, so perhaps symantec are just having a bad few days.
