I am installing a DVD rental kiosk at a local gas station. The owner uses security software on a static IP from a DSL provider which is sent through a Linksys Fast Ethernet 10/100 5 port hub (NH 1005 ver 2.1). We need a dynamic IP address for our kiosk to operate. What is the best option for us since we can't just use the ISP to change from static due to the security software? Would a simple router suffice?

Yes, a router is what you need.
