This may sound silly but how do I know if Spywareblaster is working?

It's not listed in my list of Programs.

It's not listed in msconfig

There's nothing in my system tray that indicates that its there.

I do find it in C/Programs however and it shows up in Add/Remove programs.

Just curious.

Thanks

And unlike other programs, SpywareBlaster does not have to remain running in the background.
SpywareBlaster

Spywareblaster only kicks in, when it detects a problem.
If it's listed in Add/Remove, then it should be installed.

Here's a way you can test it, if you want:
Open Spywareblaster
Click Tools
Click the Misc. IE Settings tab, at the top
Put a checkmark in the Disable the IE Home Page settings area in the Internet Tools Control Panel box

Now open IE
Click Tools
Click Internet Options...
Click the General tab

If Spywareblaster is working, everything in the Home page box should be greyed out, and you shouldn't be able to make any changes.

Thank you, Sir.

Thats the best answer I've gotten.

It worked exactly as you said it would.

Alls well ~!

I appreciate it.
