Hello Boopme

Thank you for solution, when I log on to my mom's computer in India, on 10.11.09, I will do the suggested instructions. I don't have anyone at home in India to help my mom, the friend who knows little about it, is afraid to help.

I will keep you posted. Appreciate your time.

Hi Boopme- I have the same problem as 9gan9esh9 and tried your solution but unfortunately it didn't work for me. Do you have any other ideas? I'll keep searching the forum. Thanks

Thank you for bringing that to my attention
If you would select only Fix Windows Updates and uncheck the rest, it might work
I do not think I would use it
I'll rescind my recommendation
