Hi, I have a Toshiba satellite with Windows Vista Home Premium.
This message has been shown when I turn off my computer:

"Explorer.exe Application error: the instruction at 0x6ab9e25 referenced memory at 0x0000003c. The memory could not be read"


I have scan my computer with McCafee and Stinger but it doesnt show what the problem is about.
The computer runs normally but Im scared it is a virus or something worst

Please I really need some help

Is this a new laptop with McAfee pre-installed or did you recently install it yourself?

McAfee has been known to cause this error if not patched to the latest version.

No, I installed MCafee virus scan by myself, but I also update my McCafee every other day.
