Well, here i am again, this time wanting to make something a little similar to http://www.movideo.com. I have emailed both movideo and bigpond (as it looks like they are providing the service to movideo) but haven't had any luck with a reply.

What sort of things do i need to look out for? Other than licensing (any help with that would be great!).
