Does anyone know of a good simple programe (possibly free) i can download to create Colour Splash Photos?

I take it you mean colour splash photos as in converting a photo to black and white then revealing the colour only in the places you want to??

Any good graphics software should be able to do the trick, but for free, that might be a problem I am afraid, nothing I have churned up seems to be advanced enough. Maybe someone else can prove me wrong?

Photoshop, PaintshopPRO and the likes are useful for doing stuff like this using layers and revealing colour through by using masks.
