I've run into this problem at work, as well. When I log on to my ISP and my start page comes up, I often get a Runtime Error message when I try to click onto the address line to enter a URL. I can't do anything with the page after that.
I also notice not all my favorites are in the list, either. I use People PC as an ISP.
The message is generally "Runtime Error. Line ** object expected. Do you want to DeBug? Yes or No?". Whether I click yes or no doesn't seem to matter. Nothing happens. I have to open a new internet window to start moving around. I did call our IS person at work when I ran into the same thing and she had no clue. She didn't seem to be concerned about it, though.
