Since school ended, I want my computer to wipe out all my files and restore to factory settings because my compute was getting slow. The problem is I don't have the disc, and they never gave me on when I ordered my HP A6130n. They have a program that wanted me to use DVD to save my settings when I first started bought my computer, but I never had DVD disk to save it on.

Are recovery disk necessary?
Bartster
No, they aren't necessary but good insurance in case your computer won't boot or some other
unforseen problem arises.

I recommend you make them.
