I have recently installed a Sony DVD-RW drive on my Dell computer. This is the second drive I've had due to being so slow copying and burning DVD's. I am using DVD Shrink, but takes about 2 hours to copy and burn DVD, then lucky if there is no error. Does anyone know why it takes 1 1/2 hours to initially download?

A friend is using the same drive I had, same software, with slower computer, copying AND burning in 30 minutes.
