I have ran my anti-virus, and adware and spy sweep, it hasn't found anything. I have to delete my dial up account and create a new one every time I dial up. after i connect my number changes again, how do I fix this?

If you think you are infected submit a hijackthis log
here. How to submit a hijackthis logDownload HijackthisTry running
Sysclean you'll also need the virus template file from
here lpt***.zip is the file you need.
Also try running
A2 Free and
EwidoRun the scans in scan only mode\don't opt to clean as you need to submit the files your AV scanner is missing if you are infected. A comprehensive list of who to mail to is
here.I'd also install/update/run
Spybot

What kind of connexion to you have: dialup, DSL, Cable?
Are you doing all this because your number changes, or because you have problems connecting to your ISP?
I am not clear about what is happening.

I'd start with A-squared (A2) as it focuses on trojans and dialers.
It is free for private use but registration is required.
Download it from here:
