Sorry if I forgot any. I play percussion and a bit of violin.

Since I'm not evil, vote or escape with minor flesh wounds!

I started playing guitar in my late teens-early twenties and had a great time with it. Played casually for about 10-12 years. Then my place was broken into and my 4 guitars were stolen and that really put me off. Just recently picked up a Yamaha Acoustic and am slowly getting back into it. Starting to get the callouses back on my fingers so I'm getting there.

Love to sit down with a couple of wobbly pops and put some tunes on and play along. After awhile I start to sound waaaaaaay better than those guys in the tunes. Thats when I know its time to go to bed. tongue.gif

Edit - I do vocals too, but you don't want to hear me. lmfao.gif

I learned to play the piano when I was very young, but not having one now, I stick to the alto recorder. The latter is also good for climbing houseplants.

Hi Deerslayer,

I am learning to play the drums. This happened totally by accident, but turned out to be very cool. My son wanted a set of drums for Christmas a year back... so we bought them. After a few lessons, his instructor pulled me aside and told me to learn top play with him. We both love it!

Cool poll by the way clapping.gif

Most of the above except for brass and woodwind; I get puffed out.

I can play the piano. I've been taking piano lessons since I was a about 8. I enjoy it, however I don't like the "recitials," so I dont' participate in those. (recitals are the things at the end of the school year (piano year) everyone meets at this church and we all play a piece we've been working on for the last couple of months, but I get too nervous).

I guess I should say I'm a drummer now cuz' I just got a drumset. smilie_colors1.gif

Guitar for me, I have an electric that i haven't played in years because I love playing my twelve string (mind you it only gets restrung when it really has to and usually only has eleven, the smaller G breaks in a couple of weeks.) Nice idea for a poll by the way! thumbup.gif thumbup.gif
I can play the drums as well but some would just call it noise lol.
...........well actually MOST, would be more accurate.

Unfortunately, I am instrumentally challenged...my husband, however, plays piano/keyboards, and my son plays an array of instruments, his primary ones being bass guitar and tuba. His skills on tuba actually got him a scholarship to WVU. clapping.gif Guess I'll stick with a CD player.

I started playing piano (which by the way is a percussion instrument) in the second grade, and by the time I graduated from HS I played most all brass instruments, taught myself to play guitar, and passed up two shcolarships for bassoon, I started college as an applied piano major, now I play a mean radio.

Play keyboards, bass guitar, harmoica and sing. had bands in high school. Played a few local clubs. Now I just like too sing. I' m getting better on my acoustic guitar that I started a few years back as it's easier to sit outsde and play then my piany..
