File Manager: emelFM
emelFM is a file manager that implements the popular two-pane design. It features a simple GTK+ interface, a flexible filetyping scheme, and a built-in command line for executing commands without opening an xterm.

I know i opened that up but when its all set in my RAM (ramdisk), so when I go all the way to the root, it just stays within the files of Linux.
Would I use the command line to get to say, my D drive?

When in the file manager you want to look in /mnt to find the windows section.
mine is /mnt/win_c, /mnt/win_d, /mnt/win_e
yours may differ but should be there.

the only thing in that foulder that would seem like it, would be hda 1-9, but there are no files in them.
Do you think this would have anything to do with...

When you have the file manager open right click in the left pane and select "mount"
and you will see all the files.
/mnt/hdb1 -> right click -> mount
