I need help - I have just bought a new laptop and I am trying to transfer the information from my old laptop via a cable. I have tried the wizard but I am unable to click on Direct cable access.

Can anyone please help I am desperate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In order to help you I need to know some details about your laptops - what operating system do they run? What kind of cable do you have to connect them? What wizard are you (not) running?

Did you connect them using crossover cable? If so, there should be no problem..
