Notorious - I saw the band in an interview shortly after that song came out and the lead singer had this to say, "the song came about when I was in college and my roommate walked in on me and my girlfriend, let's just say we were busy...and my roommate said 'gosh, I smell sex and candy in here' and soon after, it sounded like a good idea for a song..."

"She's got a little bit of something, God it's better than nothing,

And she screams and her voice is straining."

Something in your eyes
Makes me want to lose myself
Makes me want to lose myself
In your arms
There's something in your voice
Makes my heart beat fast

And how long I've felt so low
If you knew how I wanted someone to come along

"Hey, you know what paradise is? It's a lie.
A fantasy we create about
people and places as we'd like them to be.
But you know what truth is?
It's that little baby you're holding,
It's that man you fought with this morning,
The same one you're going to make love with tonight.
That's truth, that's love..."

Holy Cow Texas Angel, I used to LOVE this song and have not heard it in ages!! Thanks for bringing it up!
The song I posted is actually sang by Chantal Kreviazuk, I heard it for the first time on the movie "How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days". Give it a listen sometime, I think you really would like it.
Hmm let me see...
how about this one?
I remember every little thing
As if it happened only yesterday
Parking by the lake
And there was not another car in sight
And I never had a girl
Looking any better than you did
And all the kids at school
They were wishing they were me that night
And now our bodies are oh so close and tight
It never felt so good, it never felt so right
And we're glowing like the metal on the edge of a knife
C'mon! Hold on tight!
C'mon! Hold on tight!
I LOVE this song...sing it at karaoke with the dj every time I make it out!

I love this song too
I never thought that it'd be so simple but
I found a way, I found a way
I always thought that it'd be too crazy but
I found a way, I found a way
And if you open up your mind
See what's inside
It's gonna take some time, to realize
But if you look inside, I'm sure you'll find
Over your shoulder you know that I told you
I'll always be pickin' you up when your down
So just turn around

I Go Crazy by Tommy Shane Steiner
And it's whispered that soon if we all call the tune
Then the piper will lead us to reason.
And a new day will dawn for those who stand long
And the forests will echo with laughter.
If there's a bustle in your hedgerow, don't be alarmed now,
It's just a spring clean for the May queen.
Yes, there are two paths you can go by, but in the long run
There's still time to change the road you're on.
And it makes me wonder.

Led Zeppelin's "Stairway to Heaven"
I'm not sure who Tommy Shane Steiner is but "I Go Crazy" is sung by Paul Davis and is the original artist if it's been redone.
"I would have given you all of my heart,
but there's someone who's torn it apart,
and he's taken just all that I have,
but if you want I'll try to love again..."This has been redone, either artist given is fine.
