Help, I installed Talk America's DSL hardware on my notebook and after installation I received explorer has caused an error in unknown, and many other programs have caused an error in unknown. After talking to talk america's tech support and given a few things to do to clear up the problem, none of them worked and now I can't do anything with my laptop accept start it up. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this problem without losing all of my files?
