I remember reading about this, but I can't find the information now. Can I arrange to install all the current Windows Updates as a package the next time I re-format and install my operating system without having to download them all again from the Windows Update site?

It doesn't belong in the windows98 forum, however. tongue.gif
So, it's been moved.

Finally a question we both can agree on! Well I have had the same one for a while but have not posted. I am up to date and once I format I dont want to redownload all of them! So,,,,,,,

Or Put all your hotfixes in there with sp1 if you dont trust sp2 yet!

It has been a long time (in terms of online experience) since this thread.
SP2 does consolidate all previous updates.
Slipstreaming it does place the updates right there on the install CD.

Google responses to this subject now number in the hundreds.
