I had upgraded my win me to xp and since then i have nothing but problems getting from sites to sites---I have to hold my ctrl key down in order to go from site to site---it also will not let me repair my ie6 in the add/remove section---i have installed the microfoft beta and ran that---ad-aware--ran that---spy bot search and destroy--ran that--ccleaner--ran that---spyware blaster-ran that---even ran a HJT log and fixed what was needed fixed---i still can't get to any sites without holding the ctrl key down----should i just uninstall(remove) the xp and go back to my original win me? it worked fine while i was using just win me--as i said everything started happening AFTER i had upgraded to XP. any help on this would be appreciated.

A little info on your computer specs would be helpful, ie. CPU, Ram, Hard drive size etc.

I've never done it myself (upgrading to xp from me), but i hear nothing but horror stories.

ME is probably the worst OS.. i think you'll have much better luck installing the full version of XP, rather than upgrading.
