Hi again...
My problem is that I'm not able to open mspaint...

when i attempt to open it, a pop up window appears saying "Mspaint caused a fault in MFC42.dll, MSPaint will close. If problems continue, try again after rebooting system" (This is my own translation, because my system is in spanish, and it says MSpaint provoco un error en MFC42.DLL, MSpaint se cerrara, si continuan los problemas, pruebe de nuevo despues de reiniciar el equipo " tongue.gif

I've even downloaded the MFC42.DLL, a mspaint installer, but nothing happens....

what should i do?

What is your operating system and do you have the CD with that on it? If so, go to Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel, Windows Setup tab>Accessories>Details and uncheck Paint. This will remove that program from your computer. Reboot, put your operating system CD in the drive, go back to where you unchecked Paint and recheck it to reinstall paint.

There was a discussion of some of the options available to you in a previous thread you can view here. Coincidently it was an ME user who started the thread.
