my computer has been affected by usbn.it has created links to porn sites in my desktop and in the startup menu. mine is a dial up network and my computer dials an international number instead of the local number that it used to dial. i don't know what to do .pls help.

You will want to post a HijackThis log.
You should run two anti-spyware programs also,
Spybot S&D and Lavasoft Ad-Aware.
