Hey guys i need to learn how to make a clan signature Can someone help me out please

what size, what format, and what clan is it for? I might be able to create one if you'd like, but i need specifics and a stock image to work with if i did so.

Its completely free, a pretty small file, and quite powerful for a freeware program.
