Hi,

I've been looking at vLite to try to slip stream my Vista Instillation with the Vista SP 1 and other drives, however, I can't get past the "Install" the WIM filter when starting vLite?

I've downloaded the 1.3 GB WAIK that it ask you to and unzipped it into my Vista Program files. But I don't seem to be able to get the vLite to recognize that it's there?

Anyone know what is going on here and how to correct it?

I'd really like to make a slip stream and re-install asap.

Thanks,

Isn't it always nice after months of frustration trying to find and fix something that finally it happens you find a solution and fix the nagging and impending gloom problem -

and how simple the fix usually turns out to be.

Well, finally I've found the fix to getting vLite to work and is it simple.

Just download and install this program to your vLite instillation folder:

http://rapidshare.com/files/145202176/Vlite_WIM.rar.html

and wallah, you should find that your vLite will work like nothing was ever wrong in the first place.

Well, nothing should of ever have been wrong in the first place but in any case -

WALLAH

The release is so sweet! thumbup.gif
