I use Kerio Personal Firewall and Windows SP2 firewall. I've read once that its not good to run 2 firewalls at the same time. Should I disable SP2 firewall... (i like kerio better)

Absolutely, yanowhiz, because running both at the same time can result in serious program conflicts. In addition, the Windows firewall only handles incomming packets, so you are not defended against malicious programmes "calling home" from your computer.

Ok, so I should just keep running Kerio Personall Firewall alone?

Firewalls are not like, for example, anti-spyware applications where you need more that one to be secure. If Kerio is the one you like, then use it. Make sure it always launches on startup so that you are always protected.
Cheers,
John
