Most times they won't even come back - but if they do, there's a good chance that they'll be installed correctly.
You can do the same thing with the WAN Miniports also - but they will usually come back.

There's lot's of other things to do to these things - but most depends upon what has installed it, and what (if anything) is using it. Checking the Event Viewer for messages (errors, warnings, and information items) may help to isolate this.
Those devices will show up in Safe Mode, and to get rid of the 6to4 which is for IPv6 to IPv4 routing you just disable IPv6 support in Windows.
