Is this for Windows 98? This is the 98 forum and I'm not sure if the Zune software is compatible with 98

NtShutdownSystem is an undocumented function available only available in Windows 2000/XP and later. You cannot install a software which needs it, on Windows 9x or ME. Missing export means, this function has been exported (or used) from NTDLL.DLL (only present in Windows 2000/XP) by the program you are trying to use. The program is not able to find NTDLL.DLL and now is giving warning messages.
Unfortunately, You cannot download and install this. You have to install Windows 2000/XP in order to use the software you are trying to install.
