Recently I did Complete System Restore on my Vista desktop and I no longer have Microsoft Office. I tried doing it again to see if it was just a small problem, but that didn't help. Is there any way for to get Microsoft Office back? I looked on Microsoft's site, but they only have updates, I need the full program.

Thanks in advance.

I'm assuming you used a restore disk. I'm afraid you're pretty much out of luck. There is a compatible open-source alternative
Open Office

Ugh...please tell me you're joking. I need to get Microsoft Office back. Are you sure there's nothing I can do?
Is there anything at all that doesn't require me to pay? I'm in a very tight money situation right now.

Microsoft won't give Office away for free - so there's really no other alternative. Give OpenOffice a shot, it's compatible with Office and once you get used to it it works just fine.

Like I said I'm in no position money wise that I'm be able to pay for anything. OpenOffice requires you to pay which I can't do right now, otherwise I would just buy Microsoft Office.
Is there any free alternative or am I pretty much ****ed?

Open Office.org is completely free for the downloading, and its files are compatible with all Versions of Office (except 2007, and that will be changed with the new release).
Go here:http://www.openoffice.org/
Click on the second icon "I want to download OpenOffice.org"
Click on the green "Download Now" box.

Whilst downloading, think of all the money you are saving.
Cheers,

Was it installed on your system when you got it? Are you sure you don't have disks for it?

After messing around with it for a bit, I can see it's not actually that different. So, I guess I can get by using this or rather I guess I'll have to. >_<
Anyway, thanks a whole lot for all the help guys.
