On the heels of OpenOffice's fast security patch comes Mozilla's new releases of Firefox and the Suite fixing, among other vulnerabilies, the JavaScrip engine flaw. Details of what is patched can be found at EWeek:

http://www.eweek.com/article2/0,1759,1787270,00.asp

Users need to download and install FF version 1.0.3, and Mozilla Suite users should download and install 1.7.7. In both cases, prior versions should be uninstalled using the ad/remove program function before installing the later version.

Note that some extensions and themes may not work with the new version:

QUOTE
When you upgrade to a new version of Firefox all of your Extensions and Themes will be disabled until Firefox determines that either a) they are compatible with the new release or cool.gif there are newer versions available that are compatible. This is because Firefox changes from release to release and as such the ways in which some extensions integrate changes, meaning there can be problems when running an older extension with a newer version of Firefox.
