Hello Everyone,

Ok so there's a bunch of free Joomla Templates out there. This question could apply to any free template out there actually.

Let's say my business name is CoolWebsites LLC.
CoolWebsites LLC offers a service called, "Website Design - Bronze Plan" This service states, "Need help creating your website?
In this service we will create up to 5 webpages however you want them." The price of this service is $260

Now let's say a customer comes along and needs this service, "Website Design - Bronze Plan".
So can CoolWebsites go ahead and download a free template and customize it so it fits the customers needs? And then charge the customer for the creation of the 5 page website?

I was told you are allowed to do this, aslong as you keep the, "Designed by: whoever" or "website link" on that template.

So basically I'm asking if a website designing company can download a free template and use that for a customers website. Sorry for the long question, just wanted to make sure I got my point across.

Thank you.
