My IE and FF won't load Yahoo! and some personal sites I would like to get too, like my guild website or BleepingComputer or Whatthetech. I checked the HOSTS File but nothing is preventing it, I have tried to turn off my Firewall but that didn't work. I tried rebooting, unplugging the modem and router for 5 minutes. Turned off my computer during that time, no windows updates either to install (I can get there) ran hijackthis and the log is posted on here. This is very frustrating! What it will do is just keep trying to load, I let it try to load for an hour and it did NOTHING at all! I have no idea.

ALSO! When I go to uninstall Norton Corportate Edition 7 (yes I know it's very very old) I get a Fatal Error that says "Fatal error occured during Installation" and I only have an OK button. Symantec doesn't tell you how to remove it from your computer because its such an old version.

ALSO! My computer won't seem to keep more than 1-2 days of System Restore even though I have allowed it to keep 12% of my Disk Space stored on it. It keeps erasing them.

ALSO! When I go to Google and try to search something, it won't load the search page.

I have tried updating my Adobe Flash but that did absolutly nothing!

Please help, if needbe, I'll pay someone to do this, not too much though because I can't afford much.

Regards,
Nick Kitmitto

I see that you have a open HJT log

I see that you have an HJT log posted here: <http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic148224.html> Because you have this log posted, you should NOT make further changes to your computer (install/uninstall programs, use special fix tools, delete files, edit the registry, etc) unless advised by a HJT Team member, nor should you continue to ask for help elsewhere. Doing so can result in system changes which may not show it the log you already posted. Further, any modifications you make on your own may cause confusion for the helper assisting you and could complicate the malware removal process which would extend the time it takes to clean your computer.

From this point on the HJT Team should be the only members that you take advice from, until they have verified your log as clean.

Please be patient. It may take a while to get a response because the HJT Team members are very busy working logs posted before yours. They are volunteers who will help you out as soon as possible. Once you have made your post and are waiting, please DO NOT make another reply until it has been responded to by a member of the HJT Team. Generally the staff checks the forum for postings that have 0 replies as this makes it easier for them to identify those who have not been helped. If you post another response there will be 1 reply. A team member, looking for a new log to work may assume another HJT Team member is already assisting you and not open the thread to respond
If after 5 days you still have received no response, then post a link to your HJT log in the thread titled " Haven't Had A Reply In Five Days <http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic14717.html>?".
