Hello, I am having trouble that I think is the result of some malware aware or somethin. Usually I can google the problem and it leads me to a simple fix. But I have been having trouble with this one.. and I just your average computer user. Any help is appreciated.
Problem: Windows Security Center Automatic Updtes turns itself off every time I reboot.
Description: The uptdates are ususally set to automatic, but are off when I restart the computer. The error message reads something like "unable to change these settings, please go into control panel and change from there.." When I click TURN ON several times, it eventually turns them on and the error message goes away.
Problem: Norton 360 transaction security is permanently turned off
Description: There is a red "x" that appears in the Norton 360 Transaction Security userface. There is an error message that says "Your browser is not set to detect fraudulent web sites or to authenticate genuine web sites." When I try to fix the error by cicking "fix," nothing happens.
