I AM SORRY. I MEANT CPANEL, NOT EPANEL
Last weekend, my site was down. When I sent an email to my host, I got a response to say their main datacenter in Houston had a fire and all the servers were affected, walls came down, some explosion. Apparently, it started with a short circuit. Well, that made me think. Well, first I got mad, but that's another story.
Since the host had been giving me bad service for about a year or so, I decided to move to another host. First, I did a full system backup. Took forever but I have it on my desktop. In addition, I also did MySQL backups and phpMyAdmin backups. My backups have backups and still I can't get my site at the new host to work. Upon closer inspection I see a lot of my files are missing - some folder, too.
It's all well and good to have a backup but how do you retrieve the information? In other words, how do I get all my files and folders?
I want the files and folders from my File Manager in cPanel on my desktop. Is there a way to do this? I'd rather be able to have them on my computer, maybe even burn them on a disk.
I have WinXP and IE 6. My new host is mochahost, my old one is ehostpros.
