I added new songs and wanted to sync them to my Sansa Connect mp3 player. I tried to sync using WMP. It did not find my device. After resetting my mp3 player to factory default (and erasing all my previous songs), I was able to put everything back using WMP, and then I added the new songs. What can I do so the next time I want to add songs I don't have to start completely over again?
