Hey
I decided to run ntunes stability test for my 6600GT card and the temperature went up to almost 90 degrees celcius.
I'm wondering if this is too high?

Thanks

If everything was still running fine, I wouldn't worry about it to much.

Well when I played a game, it went to 110 celcius which is obviously WAY too high.

well, to fix temp problem, what I did was put the fan on, and it was WAY too loud, so I soldered a variable resistor in series between fan and its power source and reduced it SO slightly, but now its pretty much silent

:D

hi ,,,, take the gfx card out and clean the fan with a can of compressed air, and maybe take a look at one of these exhaust fans,,,,,,,,,,,, good luck.
