In "msconfig" startup, you have disabled items that you didn't need and/or didn't want starting with Windows and want to get rid of them.
Here are 2 solutions to cleanup (remove) those disabled leftovers.
The 1st is a copy/paste "vbs" script solution that works excellent, I use it myself.
The 2nd is a download program. I have used this one as well and also works excellent, but I prefer the 1st.
