this is very wierd my computer will play commercials through the speakers..and i know this because sometimes i here that windows theme beep whenever it blocks it and stuff but this seems to be slowing my computer down a bit donno how to make these sounds stop ive tryed closeing all programs to see if it was a website or somthing but its not =/ any ideas on what i can do?

You're not being very clear, so it comes from a website?
Have you rebooted, disconnected from the internet, or tried to see what processes were running?
