I have a problem I cannot seem to locate on my own. I have looked several places within AD and AD Sites and Services, but I am not coming up with anything.

I have a World-Wide Domain, 2000/2003 Domain Controllers, I opened up GPMC today, and went to Edit a policy, and in the Group Policy Object Editor, the text is in German. Now, there is a DC in Germany that this could have replicated from, but How can I get it back to English? Has anyone run into this before, if so what was the resolution? Please help.
