Everytime i save for the microsoft word sheets, it will create a back-up for the word sheets, could anyone tell me what happen and how can i solve this problem?

Hi Jonloo.
Depending on the version, you should have some save options.
In Word 03 it's at Tools>Options>Save Tab.
Deselect "allways create backup copy" and "allow background saves" to eliminate it completely.
