I am getting this error in Windows 98. How do I fix it?

Did you install something before this occurred? What is issuing this message ? IE6?

is this DEFINITLY a win 98 computer?
have you got all your windows microsoft updates on there?

when did this message first start to appear as, if there IS a problem win 98 se on boot up looks for the last known GOOD configuration
